Frequently Asked Questions.

Should my 30-minute consulatation be before the trial or on the trial day?
It is entirely up to you, some brides like to come in and meet the team. Especially if their wedding is quite a way off. Our bridal coordinator will get lots of information from you about your day. Then she can give you an estimated quote and any other information that you require before the trial.

How long should the trial be before the wedding day?
Have a trial after you have bought your dress and at least 8 weeks before the wedding.
This way your stylist will be able to recommend hair styles and make-up to suit you and your dress. This is then fresh in the stylists mind. Although pictures and lists of products used are always recorded for all brides

Do I have to book a trial?

Not always. If you feel confident with your stylist and you are quite a laid-back person then sometimes there’s no need. It will however save time on the day as your stylist will know exactly what they are doing beforehand.
