Salon Covid-19 response & new procedures.

Here at Arena Hair, our number one priority is the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. We are still wearing our masks as there are staff that aren't allowed to have the vacination for medical reasons. It is not mandatory for guests to wear masks, we would like you to do whatever makes you comfortable. 

Our service and hygiene remain the same high standard. We still ask all guests to wash their hands in the restroom on arrival. We also ask for you not to bring friends or family with you, as the space in the salon is still limited. 


Booking fees are required for all appointments. 

  • We require the booking fee to be paid 72 hours before your appointment. 
  • They are non refundable if you do not cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment.

  • If a cancellation is made because of Covid-19, proof is required please (PCR results).


Skin testing  We require all new guests to have a skin test carried out at least 48 hours prior to a colour service. If you are already a guest at ARENA and haven't had your hair coloured for over six months, we would like you to have another skin test please.
