At Arena Creative Hair, we are unwavering in our commitment to your hair's health and vitality. Over the last six months, we have been diligently trialing the latest hair care technology, the Epres bonding treatment and the results have been nothing short of remarkable. Our cherished guests have experienced benefits that include better-conditioned hair, enhanced manageability, longer-lasting colour, shinier locks, reduced brittleness, and an overall boost in hair health. We firmly believe that everyone can benefit from bonding treatment, regardless of whether you have colour-treated hair or not.
As a result, we are thrilled to announce that we are now including Epres bonding treatment in all of our colour services, and we're offering it at a discounted rate. Previously, Epres treatments ranged from £20-£30, but by incorporating it into every colour service, we can start as low as £4 for smaller services, going up to £25 for more extensive treatments. Our trust in this product is so strong that we want every client to experience its remarkable benefits.

Gender Neutral Pricing

In response to an evolving understanding of inclusivity and equality, ARENA Creative Hair is proud to announce a significant step towards gender neutrality in its pricing structure. After a thoughtful and deliberate process over the past year, the salon has decided to eliminate gender-based pricing differentials, reinforcing its commitment to equality and fair treatment for all clients. 

Traditionally, many salons have employed pricing structures that differentiate between services based on the client's gender. However, we believe that it is time for a change. As we move forward with the current times, our salon is taking the proactive step to ensure that our pricing reflects the principles of fairness and equality.

 Effective from December 1st 2023 will no longer encounter different prices based on your gender identity. This change aligns with our salon's core values of diversity, inclusion, and providing an exceptional experience for every client.

It is not mandatory for guests to wear masks; we would like you to do whatever makes you feel comfortable. If you would like us to wear one, please ask. Booking Fees
They are required for all appointments. We require the booking fee to be paid 72 hours before your appointment.They are non-refundable if you do not cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment.
Skin Testing 
We require all new guests to have a skin test carried out at least 48 hours prior to a colour service. If you are already a guest at ARENA and haven't had your hair coloured for over six months, we would like you to have another skin test, please

Green Charge 
We are an eco/zero-waste salon and all appointments have a £2 green fee added to each appointment.
  Colour Charges 
All our colour services have an allocated colour allowance. On some occasions, we may go over this allowance and extra charges may apply due to the length and thickness of your hair

Before A Colour 
Please ensure that your hair is clean and dry before any colour service. This will ensure that you get the maximum coverage and lift with your colour. Gone are the days when your stylist used to say ‘come with dirty hair!’ Our colours are Ammonia free and kinder on your hair, they also have to work harder. So clean fresh hair is essential.
Before Your Hair Up 
Please ensure that your hair is clean and dry, washed the night before or on the day. This ensures we can give you the best hair-up results.

Before Your Make-up 
 To ensure we can give you the best results for your make up please exfoliate your skin the night before. Please ensure that your skin is clean and cleansed before your appointment. Please feel free to bring in any make-up that you would like us to use.  

Teaming Up 
If you require a long appointment (anything over 1 hour and a half) of colour. We will often team up 2 two stylists to work together. Let's face it no one wants to sit in the salon for 6-7 hours having their hair done. We want your appointment to be as relaxing as it should be. You receive double the talent.

What To Wear To Your Appointment. 
We take personal protective clothing seriously. We have procedures and equipment in place to prevent damage to your clothes. Sometimes, on odd occasions, clothing has become damaged due to colour spillages. We recommend that you wear clothing that is older and that you do not mind if an accident does happen. We also recommend that you keep your arms and legs under the gown when your colour service is happening. Arena will not be held responsible for any damage to personal clothing or equipment. Please refrain from wearing hooded jumpers and high necks tops to your appointment. In the winter our salon does get cold. With it being an old building with high ceilings and single pain windows, it can get chilly. Please layer up in the winter months. We do have blankets and hot water bottles available.

Feel At Home 
As always, we want you to feel at home as much as possible. If you would like to bring food, chargers, and laptops to your appointment, please do. Please let one of the team know if there is anything we can do to help.   

We base your appointment service costs on, how long it takes us to finish your hair and whether you upgrade to other services. This will depend on the selected stylist, length, thickness, technicality and colour used. if you’re making a booking over the phone or online please book extra time if you think your stylist will need it. This is to ensure that we have the correct time for your appointment and to give you an estimated price. Alternatively, a consultation with your stylist beforehand can give you a clearer price. If your service takes us longer, we will have to charge more.   

 Our stylist or reception team may be in contact before your appointment to alter your time. This is to make sure that our appointments run smoothly and efficiently. We will do our best to accommodate your original booking time.

 On-time For Your Appointments

To provide you with the best service and ensure a seamless appointment, we kindly request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled hair appointment. Arriving a bit early allows us to get you checked in, and settled comfortably with a refreshing beverage, and a magazine to peruse while you wait.
The reason for this request is twofold. Firstly, it ensures that your stylist has ample time to prepare for your appointment, creating a relaxed and focused atmosphere. Secondly, it helps us maintain a smooth and timely schedule for all our clients throughout the day.
When a client arrives late, it can have a cascading effect on a stylist's day. It can lead to a rushed appointment, impacting the quality of service and experience you receive. It also disrupts the schedule for subsequent clients, potentially causing delays throughout the day.
Your punctuality is greatly appreciated and plays a vital role in helping us provide you with the exceptional service you deserve. We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, and if you anticipate being late, please call us in advance so we can do our best to accommodate your needs.

Running Late

 We wanted to inform you about our policy regarding late arrivals for appointments. In order to maintain our schedule and ensure that all our valued clients receive the exceptional service they deserve, we will begin charging from the time of your original booking if you arrive late. This may result in a shorter time slot for your appointment, as we strive to honor our commitment to all of our clients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy allows us to continue providing efficient and quality service to everyone.
