This package is broken down into three visits: the consultation, the colour appointment, and the return appointment.
A skin test is required at least 48 hours before your colour appointment; without this, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled.
This offer is valid for bookings made between 1st January and 31st January, with only 20 packages available and redeemable with selected stylists.
If excessive colour is required, a minimal additional colour charge may be applied, and a £2 sustainable salon fee will be added at checkout.
A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel any appointment. Your return visit must be booked before leaving the salon to secure availability.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be classed as a no-show, and £135 will be deducted from your package balance.
