Owner/Session Stylist/Hair Loss Specialist/ Colour AnalysistWith an impressive 25 years in the hairdressing industry, Lara has been at the heart of Arena Creative Hair for 16 years, managing and owning the salon before seizing the opportunity to purchase it alongside her husband, Richard. Her passion and dedication have been instrumental in Arena’s growth and success.
While Lara has loved being behind the chair, she has now decided to step back from styling to focus on driving Arena forward from behind the scenes. She will still offer her sought-after colour analysis sessions and wedding styling, but her main focus is on expanding Arena’s offerings—including introducing beauty services to the salon this year.
With her extensive experience and incredible wavering skills, Lara is also looking to offer more education, sharing her knowledge with other salons and newer stylists. After 24 years hands-on, she’s excited for this new chapter, using her expertise to take Arena to new heights.
Lara remains dedicated to making Arena a welcoming and inclusive space for all, as well as leading the salon’s journey toward becoming a zero-waste establishment. Her unwavering commitment to excellence, her team, and the environment continues to set the standard for Arena’s future.

Lara-Rose began her Arena journey 12 years ago as our Saturday girl, and through dedication and passion, she discovered her love for hairstyling. She completed her Level 3 apprenticeship with us and went on to win two first-place awards at college hair competitions, showcasing her exceptional talent and commitment.
With over a decade of personal experience with hair loss, Lara-Rose is deeply passionate about helping others facing similar challenges. She is dedicated to sharing her expertise and guiding clients through their hair journey with care and understanding.
She specialises in rich-toned brunettes, stunning coppers, and keratin smoothing treatments, as well as hair extensions and added hair techniques to enhance thickness and fullness while minimising hair loss concerns. Lara-Rose also has a special love for celebrating natural grey hair, whether supporting your transition or enhancing your greys with natural, dimensional tones.
Recently, Lara-Rose graduated as a Kevin Murphy Session Stylist, bringing fresh styles and advanced techniques to Arena. She now uses her expertise to educate our team and stay at the forefront of industry trends.

Lexi is our talented Junior Stylist, Level 2 qualified and currently completing her Level 3. She has had a passion for hairdressing for as long as she can remember, with a particular love for creative hair-ups. Now building her own clientele, Lexi’s dedication and skill shine through in everything she does.
